Youth Classes:

• Annual registration fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $40 per student is due at enrollment and once per year thereafter. This holds your child’s spot and covers administrative costs.

• Enrollment is ongoing. Class run on a rolling monthly basis. Once enrolled, your student’s spot is reserved and billed each month until you formally withdraw. Enrollment continues automatically - there is no need to register each month.

• Monthly tuition - flat rate by classes per week. Tuition is a flat monthly rate based on the number of classes your student attend each week. Your monthly rate stays the same every month - it does not change for months with four or five class weeks, or for scheduled holiday closures. We average the year’s classes into a consistent monthly rate so your bill is predictable.

• Auto-pay required. Ongoing classes are billed through automatic recurring payment. A valid credit/debit card (or ACH) is kept securely on file and charge automatically on the 1st of each month.

• Absences don’t change your tuition. Your monthly tuition reserves your child’s spot in the class whether or not they attend. Missed classes are not deducted from your tuition or refunded. Make-ups are offered as a courtesy.

• First month & mid-month starts. After the free trial, your first payment (plus registration fee) is due at enrollment. Students who starts mid-month are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of that first month, then billed the normal flat monthly rate beginning the 1st of the next month.

• Sibling discount. A 10% discount applies to tuition for each additional sibling enrolled - a thank-you to families who bring more than one child to Flight Club.

• Make-up policy. Students may make up absences by attending any other youth classes we offer, space permitting. Make-up must be used within 30 days of the absence. Absences and make-up can be scheduled directly via student portal.
